Just amazing service, The parcel arrived quickly in a short time span of about 5 days(from France to uk) and the jalabas its just amazing, the cloth was wonderful and the measurement was very excellent

I have purchased a high end kafran couple weeks ago', and I would like to share with you that I was so delighted after receiving my order. The kaftan was way better than my expectations, it is very well detailed and well stitched beside to the perfect and awesome design.. I'm sure this won't be my last time to order from this store.
And what was more interesting is the professional practice the store team has. They care about their customers,; they instantly reply to my whatsapp message and they addressed my question and guided me to make my decision as I wasn't certain about the size I should order. Indeed they are among the best in terms work manners and customer care.
They provided me with the tracking number for my order as I am living in Canada. although it it took couple weeks of shipping, I understood why it took longer to be delivered as it needed special handling because it wasn't a regular package

احب ان اشاركم تجربتي. من اسبوعين استلمت القفطان الذي اشتريته من هذ المتجر عن طريق الانترنت. انا متابعة لصفحتهم علي الفيسبوك مند ما يزيد علي العام و كنت انتظر اللحظة المناسبة لتجربة بعض منتحاتهم.
قمت بالتواصل مع المتجر علي تطبيق واتساب و كانو سريعين الرد علي سوالي و انا ممتنة لهم علي مساعدتي في اختيار القفطان و المقاس لان هئة اول مرة اشتري القفطان المغربي و ليس لدي دراية علي المقاسات..
انتظرت عدة اسابيع لاستلم طلبيتي و كنت متتبعة لها بعد ان قام المتحر بتزويدي برقم التعقب البريدي. و عند استلامي للظرف البريدي تفهمت سبب التاخير فقد احتاج الظرف البريدي معاملة خاصة لاحتواييه علي قطعة مأمنة و كانت ذات وزن. فالقفطان الذي اشتريته ذو جودة عالية و مطرز يدويا.
عند فتحي للظرف البريدي كنت سيعدة جدا لان القفطان فاق تصوراتي من حيت جودة الصنع و روعة التصميم.
و ما زاد فرحتي بالقفطان هو التعامل الراقي من صاحبة المحل و ابنتها و فريق العمل. فبارك الله لهم في رزقهم و زادهم من فضله و حفضهم من الشر و من كيد الحاسدين.

We wanted to buy a dress live, this lady ignored us then when she decided to answer me this lady was very unpleasant.
I absolutely do not recommend it, it's not professional, so I won't take anything from them again.
